How your DNS workspace works
You do not need to know DNS before you start. Follow these steps from adding a domain to reviewing its configuration.
Add a domain
Add a domain to your account. It begins unverified and limited while you complete its verification.
Manage its zone
The domain is the main item in your workspace. Open it to manage the DNS records that belong to that domain.
Review before publishing
Changes are checked as a complete set and kept reviewable. This project provides the UI and APIs; it does not run a name server.
Learn the basic DNS terms
- Domain
- The name you add and manage, such as example.com.
- Zone

- Record
- A value that tells the internet where a service is or how it should behave, such as a website address or mail server.
- TTL
- How long other DNS systems may keep an answer cached before asking again.
